The location of this guest house is unbeatable, with several major attractions just a few minutes walk away. there is a taxi stand nearby, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. the room is modern and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

We had an amazing stay in a central location, just a short walk away from Piazza di Spagna.

The hotel was in a very central position - close to Rome's metro stations, Spanish Steps and many other tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the staff were not entirely professional.

It is right in the heart of the city, just steps away from major attractions like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Everything you want to see in Rome is within easy reach.

All in all, this hotel provided a great experience and I had no complaints.

please note that the rooms are located at a single floor of a civil building with no porter's lodge, so there is no "hotel atmosphere" at all when you enter the building. once you're in the room, it is nice. breakfast served in the room is limited.

actually nothing that we did not like, but just some notes to let people know what to expect : not a traditional hotel,just on the 3rd floor of a residential building, one floor,5 rooms, and the reception desk is in the middle,everything is one within the other,but does not disturb you,is like staying at a friends.Small and old fashioned elevator,but works properly,so no problem.hotel is in a very lively street ver very near the spanish steps,so the neighbourhood starts life very early in the morning(like 7.30),but if you shut your window,you wont hear anything & you're on holiday, wake up early and get around the city !!!:)you eat your breakfast in yoor room,you choose the ingredients yourself&can always ask for some extra,its no problem.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a centrally located hotel in Rome. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The attention to detail was impressive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The staff was wonderfully accomodating, polite, and welcoming. It felt like coming home after a long day of seeing the sights and walking around Rome.

I would have loved a bathtub. :)

Excellent location,could not have been better. We had a marvelous time, the staff was superb! will recommend to my friends and family

Great location and friendly staff. the breakfast was nice and the room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the hotel was located within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, which made it very convenient. the WiFi was also good.

This made what would have been a decent experience somewhat uncomfortable, as the room was very cold at night.
